New Welcome!!

A friend of mine suggested I take up blogging, so I figured I'd make use of this old blog I started. I didn't want to erase my old posts, so here's my new Welcome... Intro...thing.

I admit that I consider starting a blog on major life landmark occasions like everyone else: New Year's and my birthday (which is in July). I always hesitate because I always tend to make it more difficult in my mind than it has to be. What will the format be? Will I use pseudonyms for the people I talk about? Can I be open and honest knowing that those I discuss may read it? In the end, I'm not really considering those things and, as the show company says, Just Do(ing) It! I've decided that blogging would be an important step for me because I feel as if I'm stumbling through my life like a zombie. I absorb information best through reading and I process my problems best through writing. With this lil' blog I can get things off my chest...instead of sending my novella-like emails, around which a friend has admitted to take a coffee break while reading them. My blog won't have a specific theme, like some blogs do. One of the issues that has lead me to blog is money, and my financial struggles will no doubt come up from time to time. Perhaps I'll talk about boys, shows I've seen, books I'm reading...all basic 20-something stuff...which will probably be related to some movie I saw (since I"m a movie freak and I can relate anything to a movie). Hopefully, it'll come out articulately and with a touch of humor. Enjoy.
